Easter Part I

Nom nom nom.

For Easter, the famjam and I had a low key brunch at home which as you can see from the pictures, did not involve fisting egg salad in my PJs--no, that's Thanksgiving.

You and I are in the same boat with these post-grad life events we try and host. Whether it's with your family or strangers or if you're on a budget or a diet, I've been there and can help.

One tip is to focus on the basics but make them special.

All of these brunch favorites were fairly simple to make but made a big impact when put all together.

On our homemade menu: avocado toast with dressed arugala, cobb salad with lemon zested croutons, brûléed grapfruit made with cocnut sugar and honey, deviled eggs with hummus and lemon, spicy bloody marys, applesauce and asparagus. UMM YUM.

Stay tuned for my pink-ed out Easter part II post with outfit details and more.
